2. No Professional or Medical Relationship
By using this service, you acknowledge that:
I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, or other regulated healthcare professional.
The service does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or similar professional relationship.
Any guidance provided is educational and reflective in nature only.
You are solely responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of this service.
3. Medical Disclaimer
This service does not provide:

Medical treatment
Emergency support

4. Confidentiality

5. Use of Technology and AI
Third-party tools or AI may be used to enhance service delivery. AI-assisted suggestions do not replace professional judgment. Users remain responsible for evaluating all guidance. Personal data is not shared beyond what is necessary for service delivery or as required by law.
6. Age Requirements
Service is intended for adults aged 18+. Users under 18 may access the service only with parental or guardian consent. Users are responsible for providing accurate information. Misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
7. Use by Minors
Parents or guardians accessing the service on behalf of minors assume full responsibility for consent, communication, and payment. The service provider may withdraw if guidance is not appropriate due to age, sensitivity, or safeguarding concerns. Refunds for unused services will be at the provider’s discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

9. Jurisdiction and Local Laws

11. Refund Policy
Tier 1 – Email Package
Refunds may be requested if agreed emails or responses are not delivered.
Full or partial refund may be available if the service cannot proceed or is not delivered as agreed.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Tier 2 – Hourly Calls / Focused Support
Full refund available within the first 15 minutes of the initial call if you feel the service is unsuitable.
Refunds after the first 15 minutes are only available if the session was not delivered according to the agreed format.
Full or partial refund may be available if the service cannot proceed or be delivered as agreed.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the session.
Tier 3 – Custom Packages
Full or partial refunds may be available if the service cannot proceed or is not delivered as agreed.
Each request is reviewed individually, and requests must be submitted within 14 days of the session.
General Conditions
Refunds will not be issued for malicious intent, including trolling, harassment, or deliberate misuse.
Decisions regarding refunds are final and at the sole discretion of the service provider.
Refund processing may take 5–14 business days depending on payment institutions.
For users under 18, refunds may depend on parental consent, safeguarding considerations, and whether services were delivered.
Local consumer rights apply if they provide stronger protections than these terms.
